About Pumps On Cue
Pumps On Cue is a nonprofit 501(c) EIN 93-2790960, purposed on Awareness, Check-ins and Supplies for Diabetics. Pumps On Cue offers various services and programs to help defeat Diabetic Keto Acidosis (DKA). Our mission is to provide access to lifesaving insulin pumps to those who need it most. We believe that no one should have to suffer from DKA due to lack of resources. Our vision is to create a world where everyone has access to the medical equipment they need to live a healthy life.
What We Do
Access to diabetic supplies, like insulin, test strips, and monitors, is crucial for people with diabetes to manage their condition effectively. These tools allow them to monitor blood sugar levels, adjust medications, and make informed decisions about diet and exercise. However, due to factors like high prices, unsupportive insurance coverage, and lack of resources in certain communities, many individuals struggle to afford or obtain these essential supplies. This lack of access can have devastating consequences, leading to uncontrolled blood sugar levels, increased risk of complications, and diminished overall health. Pumps On Cue wants to support individuals with diabetes by providing these supplies for little to no cost.

Raising awareness about the signs and symptoms of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) and hypoglycemia is crucial for both individuals with diabetes and the general public. Early recognition of these conditions can make a significant difference in their management and potential outcomes. For the general public, awareness empowers them to support loved ones experiencing these symptoms and advocate for better access to diabetic care and resources. Ultimately, increased awareness can contribute to improved well-being and potentially save lives for individuals living with diabetes.
